Čaj Earl Grey

Steeped this for a solid five minutes and the chai spices warm up the bergamot without either one overpowering the other—it’s like a cozy afternoon in a mug. The blend is balanced enough that I’ve already reordered it after finishing the first pouch.

The bergamot comes through bright and citrusy while the chai spices warm it up underneath, which makes for a cozy afternoon cup. I’ve been brewing it every day since the bag arrived and the layers hold up nicely even after the tea cools a bit.

I was hesitant about mixing chai spices with bergamot, but the two actually balance each other beautifully instead of fighting for attention. The bergamot cuts through the heavier chai notes, making it feel bright and cozy at the same time.
